  Please wipe your street shoes clean or remove them in the entrance area. All apartments have drip trays where you can place your street shoes.
• We kindly ask our guests not to smoke in any of the apartments or rooms. You are welcome to smoke on the balcony/terrace.
• Please leave your ski boots in the ski room or at the sports shops in town. It is not permitted to enter the house wearing ski boots.
• Quiet hours begin at 10:00 pm.
• It is not permitted to enter the house or apartments wearing dirty street shoes.

• In Austria, waste separation is legally mandated and serves to reduce the amount of waste and protect our environment. To ensure that our children also inherit a clean environment, we ask you to sort glass, paper, cardboard, plastic, metal, and organic waste separately into the designated containers.
• Please sort your waste into the appropriate containers; otherwise, a residual waste fee of €25 will be charged.
• The waste room is located on the first floor, outside the door on the left.

Help us minimize our environmental and climate impact.

• Avoid unnecessary water consumption.
• Turn off lights when no one is in the apartment/room or bathroom.
• Don't leave windows open all day; ventilate only briefly and then close them again (staff are instructed to close open windows in winter).

For the sake of the environment and ourselves, because climate protection concerns us all.

• Please find attached the bread roll menu with the respective prices.
• Orders should be sent daily by 11:00 am the day before via WhatsApp to 0043 664 99 48 5458
  (please be sure to include your name, apartment number, and Sonnhof Serfaus).
• You can pick up your bread rolls the following morning in a labeled bread bag on the first floor.
• Note: Unfortunately, we cannot deliver pretzels or whole-wheat rolls on Sundays.
• A €0.90 service/delivery fee will be charged per order.

• For stays of one week, your towels will be changed once a week, on Wednesdays, upon request. We kindly ask you to place soiled hand and bath towels in the shower so that we can replace them with clean ones.

Please observe the following sauna rules:

• Take your time
• Shower before entering the sauna
• Enter the sauna dry and with warm feet
• Do not enter on an empty stomach or after eating
• Enter the sauna naked
• Use a large towel
• Choose a suitable sauna bench/position
• Sit up before the sauna infusion
• Observe the time limit
• Leave the sauna if you feel unwell
• Leave the sauna after the infusion
• Enjoy multiple sauna sessions
• Drink plenty of fluids

• For your safety, our house is equipped with an automatic fire alarm system. To prevent false alarms, we kindly ask you not to smoke or create any other smoke-related disturbances inside the house. Please ensure adequate ventilation while cooking and use the extractor fan. Please also exercise caution when using microwaves and toasters.
• Since each false alarm incurs costs, you will be charged for any resulting expenses.

• We kindly ask you to settle the remaining balance at reception before your departure. You will receive more detailed information regarding this during your stay.
• Acceptable payment methods: Cash, debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro.

On your departure day, we kindly ask you to vacate your apartment/room by 9:30 am at the latest. Otherwise, we will have to charge for an additional day. Please also return the keycards (keys) you received to reception. The apartments will be inspected for cleanliness and damage upon departure.
