Cancellation conditions for summer 2024 and winter 2024/2025

In times like these, we want to offer you the utmost flexibility. That's why we have
our cancellation conditions for the year 2023/2024 adjusted. Free cancellation is possible up to 14 days before arrival.

Cancellation free of charge is possible up to 14 days before arrival
13 days before arrival 70% of the total price
7 days before arrival 90% of the total price
In the event of late arrival / early departure, 100% of the total price without deductions

Reservation/down payment

The reservation is guaranteed as soon as you have confirmed it in writing (by fax, e-mail) and transferred a deposit free of charge to our account at Raiffeisenbank Oberland. The remaining amount of your accommodation costs can be paid in cash on the day before departure.

Parking spaces

We would like to point out that we provide 1 parking space per apartment, for bookings of 6 people or more there are 2 parking spaces available.
At Apart 2 there is NO parking at the house, but outside of the village.

Booking notice

The apartments are booked for the number of people you specified, additional people are only possible if an agreement is made via telephone or in written and for an extra charge. Children are additional persons, too!

Bread delivery service

Fresh bread rolls can be ordered at the reception until 11.00 am the day before. The rolls can be picked up the next morning at the collection point in the house.

Change of towels

Towels, bath towels and tea towels are changed once a week for stays of 7 days.
If you stay 14 days, the linen (bed linen, towels, shower towels and tea towels) can be changed after 7 days on request.

Resort tax

The resort tax of € 3.70 will be billed separately. For bookings for 2024, all people born in 2008 or later are subject to local tax. For bookings for 2025, all people born in 2009 or later are subject to local tax.

Prices

The apartment prices are for the specified number of people, exclusive of resort tax and end-of-stay cleaning fee.
