• Please keep your key cards with you at all times, as the main entrance door is locked all day.
• These cards open the main entrance, the apartment, the ski room, and the wellness area.

• Please do not enter the apartments with street shoes. Please wipe your street shoes clean or remove them in the entrance area. All apartments have drip trays where you can place your street shoes.
• Please do not bring patio chairs into the living areas, as these scratch the flooring.
• We kindly ask our guests not to smoke in any of the apartments or rooms. You are welcome to smoke on the balcony/terrace.
• If smoke develops in the apartment, please ventilate well and always turn on the extractor fan when cooking, as the smoke detectors are very sensitive.
• It is not permitted to enter the house or apartments with dirty ski boots or street shoes.
• Quiet hours begin at 10:00 pm.

• Opposite the Apart-Hotel Sonnhof are the ski and boot room and the waste disposal room.
• Bicycles and strollers can also be stored in the ski and boot room.
• We kindly ask you to leave your ski boots in the ski room, opposite the main entrance, or at one of the sports shops in the village.

• In Austria, waste separation is legally mandated and serves to reduce the amount of waste and protect our environment. To ensure that our children also inherit a clean environment, we ask you to sort glass (colored and clear), paper, cardboard, Tetra Pak cartons/plastic/metal, and organic waste separately into the designated recycling bins.
• Only tissues, diapers, and napkins belong in the residual waste bin.
• The waste room is located on the opposite side of the street from our building (metal door).
• Please sort your waste into the designated containers; otherwise, a residual waste fee of €25 will be charged.

• Help us keep our environmental and climate impact as low as possible.
• Avoid unnecessary water consumption.
• Turn off lights when no one is in the apartment/room or bathroom.
• Don't leave windows open all day; ventilate briefly and then close them again (staff are instructed to close open windows in winter).
• For the sake of the environment and ourselves, because climate protection concerns us all.

• Please find attached the bread roll price list. Orders should be placed daily by 11:00 am the day before via SMS or WhatsApp to +43 664 99 48 54 58 (please be sure to include your name, apartment number, and Sonnhof Ladis).
• You can pick up your bread rolls the following morning in a labeled bread bag at the reception entrance.
• A €1 service/delivery fee will be charged per order.

• For a one-week stay, your towels will be changed once a week, on Wednesdays, upon request. For a two-week stay, towels will be changed three times a week upon request.
• We kindly ask you to place soiled hand and bath towels in the shower so that we can replace them with clean ones. If you would like more frequent towel changes or fresh bed linen, this is of course possible for an additional charge.

• For your safety, our building is equipped with an automatic fire alarm system. To prevent false alarms, please refrain from smoking and avoid any other smoke development inside the building. Please ensure adequate ventilation while cooking and use the extractor fan. Exercise caution when using microwaves and toasters.
• Since each false alarm incurs costs, you will be charged for any resulting expenses.

CARD., you can use all the mountain lifts in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis, including the adventure parks on the mountain, without limits (excluding attractions that require an entrance fee). Thanks to a gondola network unique in the Alps, young and old can easily travel between the three villages and reach the mountain quickly and comfortably.

The guest card in Serfaus Fiss Ladis offers access to two children's clubs, the hiking bus, guided hikes and much more.

• Please note that our wellness area is closed from May to November.

• On our 80-hectare alpine pasture in Serfaus, with its lush meadows, graze approximately 50 cows and several pigs. The milk is freshly processed into alpine cheese daily.
• The pasture is situated in a diverse hiking area in Serfaus.
• We offer fresh dairy products such as cheese, buttermilk, butter, and yogurt, as well as bacon, all from our own production.
• We are also happy to offer our guests cheese tastings on the beautiful Lawens mountain pasture.
• At lunchtime, we offer a small menu of snacks for hungry nature lovers.
• Our mountain pasture is open from mid-June to mid-September.

• Our wellness area is open for you on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 4:30 pm to 8:00 pm.
• Please observe the rules for using the individual treatment rooms.
• This wellness area is clothing-optional; therefore, children under 12 years of age are not permitted.
